Story

Nine noble families battle for control of the lands of Westeros, while an ancient enemy returns after lying dormant for millennia. Seasons 1-4 were pretty much perfect, not much to say. There were so many good moments, so many good episodes. But then… well, the writers kind of ran out of books to adapt. Seasons 5 and 6 were pretty boring most of the time.

But they definitely had their moments, even with some of the best episodes of the show. In season 7 you could really see the decline in quality. Everything felt so rushed, most of it was really stupid. Season 8, the biggest disappointment I have ever seen. I have never seen anything so terrible.

The ending was the stupidest thing I have ever seen. All the characters were so stupid. And all the characters were basically ruined because of the writing. Overall I still give it a 9/10 just because of the first half of the show. And of course there were still moments.

It is definitely a must watch show

I would still consider this show a masterpiece and recommend it 100%.
